    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications teams to develop product positioning and messaging, as well as full product marketing plans.
    • Plan the launches of new products, releases of existing products, and manage the implementation of the plan.
    • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs that support products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
    • Understand and support our Sales, Customer Success, and Reseller channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it. Curate an RFP database/library of product-related content.
    • Collect market intelligence and be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Document what you learn and communicate where buyers get information, and the whowhatwhenand why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
    • Be an expert on our competition and how competitors position themselves. Create sales enablement material focused on beating competition.

     What You'll Need:

    • 2+ years of product experience (e.g. developing collateral for customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
    • Experience developing and managing project plans and marshalling resources to achieve a goal, preferably a product or feature launch
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
    • Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer
    • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
